Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. If the product is found to be fake or counterfeit.
  2. If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Mandatory Conditions for Claiming a Return/Refund

To process a return or refund claim, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unboxing Video: A start-to-finish unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
    • The video must clearly show the package in its original, unopened state, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product upon delivery.
    • The video should be continuous, with no cuts, pauses, or edits.
  2. Timely Notification: The issue must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this period will not be considered.

Return Process
  1. Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to us in its original packaging, including any accompanying items such as accessories or manuals.
  2. Free Gifts: If the original order included free gifts, these must also be returned. If the free gifts are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Safe Packaging: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is securely packed when returning it to us.
    • If the product is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging, scented.co.in will not bear the loss and the refund will not be processed.

Refund Process
  1. After receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to validate the claim.
  2. If the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes
  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions or lack sufficient evidence.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • The cost of return shipping will be communicated during the return process, depending on the nature of the claim.
